Just a wish..

I can't make it snow,
Give you what you wish for,

But on this day though,
I wish you something,
Worth much, much more.

It's nothing you'd expect,
Won't make everything perfect.

But on a day like this,
To use up my one wish,
I hope you appreciate,

The life you own,
The family that loves you,
The friends around you.

So, please take a moment,
Just a second, or two,
And say 'Thank You',
To 'The One' above,

For everything.

- - -

This is for you guys out there that did not receive this message by SMS. Trust me when I say I did try to send it to you. I guess I was too greedy trying to send the message to 20 people at a time. In addition to that, my connection here is horrible. Both DiGi and Maxis screwed me over this festive season. Hoo~ yeah. Anyway, don't feel hurt. If I've laughed with you before, or ever, odds are I did want to send it to you. Hehe.

Pre-Christmas outing will be posted up as soon as I get the pictures from Kristine. Grr, Kristine.

Merry Christmas,
The Milkman

19 December 2008

Apparently..

I've been taken a fool,
Not by one,

But by two,

Care to share the fun?

Right now there's only,
A week and two days,
And they listen to a story,
Believing all the pied piper says.

'Let's go out',
'Let's make time',
For this I have to shout,
Is asking your company, really a crime?

Please lay off, just fuck off,
And stay back, you ugly fag,
In your presence, will I scoff,
For in all that is beauty, do you lag.

You are fake,
You're a swine,
So what's it going to take,
To take back what's mine.

Obviously I'm not worth telling,
What I don't know won't hurt me,

But now that I'm bleeding,

Do you realize now that I can see?

To see that I'm not as important,

As 'funny', or as 'fun',
Maybe all I do is rant,
So now I see, I see them run.

Maybe I'm not the friend,

The friend I thought to be,

So, you may leave me now,

At the count of three.

Please don't tell me,

That I'm being oversensitive,

Because understanding is key,
I ask you instead, "What did I not give?"

To have been treated this way,

I really can't imagine,

What have I done to be led astray,

I won't give up, give you a sure win.

This may be written in a haze,

For I have waited very long,

Many months, many days,
To be left by myself, alone.

'They' don't like me,
'You' don't trust me,

This all happened in a day,

So I stop, look back, and pray.

Praying a day like this,
Never crosses my path again,

Though I clench my fist,

Hoping my prayer is not in vain.

In the end, I've played the fool,
Nothing different, nothing new,

Would you agree, it's something cool?

After all, my 'friends', I have very few.

I pray my new friends,

Never give me a day like today,

To the ones on this end,

I have, really, nothing else to say.

---

As assumed, I have had a bad day. I was hoping to find comfort in writing my current thoughts and feelings all out in cryptic. I'm sorry if you feel poetic expression is a bit too much, or too lame for your reading, but honestly, at this moment in time, I really can't give a shit.

I really thought I had more than I can appreciate. I suppose it's slowly slipping away, from right under my nose. Of course, I'm hoping it stays, whatever it was from the beginning. Though, if it cannot be helped, even with my concern, and God's possible intervention, I have nothing else to complain about. I'm just thankful I have others somewhere out there.

But, as for you, my dearest, I will never want you to leave me. Even if you finally decide that you no longer want anything to do with me, be welcome to, because truly, I feel I do not deserve you. However, I will continue to forever keep you in my heart and mind. Everyday hoping, for nothing else but your sweet return.

Dissapointed,
Jordan

ZOMG! It's Pink Day!

Is there such a day? Don't care. It's just that pink seems to be the preeminent colour this past Sunday. Basically, the day started when some of us went to King's Centre area for some lunch. On the walk there, we came across this!
ZOMG! It's a pink balloon! Well, that's according to John, when we showed him the picture later on in the night. Where did we find it?
ZOMGx2! Pls ignore the fact that my campus is in the background. Shit! You wouldn't realize it if I didn't say anything. Oh noes! D:

Still,
in all seriousness la, whoever threw this here, or used it on the spot, is really lame, pathetic and sex-deprived. Either that, or is a psycho rapist litterbug who practices safe sex.
Under a tree,
In a bush,
Or under a flyover,

When dost behold a potential rapist,
With pepper spray; thou shalt smother.
They probably came here for some after-hump desserts. We had some shaved ice thinguses here after lunch. DUN THINK WRONG. Anyways, under the tables were these magazines. Mostly Chinese, so I could not read shit, but I proceeded to take one anyway.
Uh.. Okay. So what if it's called 'Feminine', right? Doesn't mean anything. -.-

Apart from the stupid-looking model, I scanned the front page to see if there's anything interesting. Then I read this.
ZOMG! It's in English! But I found something odd about this whole issue.
Why is she f*cking smiling? I looked through the magazine and found the real article, and apparently the rape victim had cerebral palsy or something similar. Honestly though, how stupid are the magazine editors? They put a 'cheerful' model, ugly summore, and the highlight article is about a 20-year-old rape victim with the mind of a 5-year-old. Me thinks they very stupid.
Then la, I came across this page ad, about something to do with a bird's nest product. I asked Alison what it was, then Melissa just blurted out, "Bird's nest flavoured condom la."

zomg.
But if you look at the size and shape of the small box, it could actually pass for a condom product. Then I asked,

"Who wants bird's nest flavoured condoms?"
"Well, duh, obviously it's for those rich Chinamen right?"

Uh.. Conclusion, Chinese magazine editors are sicko-sex-mongers.

Well, later the afternoon I went to church. Around the end though, my auntie called me up to tell me she's on her way to pick me up to go for my grandma's birthday dinner. Initially I was because I have not shocked, mentally prepared myself for sitting down quietly as everyone talked with each other during dinner. I say this because I am gravely sorry that I cannot speak Hakka, and therefore cannot converse
very well at all, with most of my aunties and uncles. My grandma tries speaking Hokkien with me, but it sounds oddly different. One of my aunties told me it was a little mixed with Teochew or something like that. Just great lor..

Moving on..
No, she's not my grandma. Though, I really wonder if she's mute. She didn't make a sound the whole night. Or did I just fail to notice. Whatever.
She was staring at the cake the whole time though.
Here's my grandma. My cousins, aunties and uncles all gathered at the opposite end of the table for some reason to sing the birthday song. Wah, I just noticed my niece looks like she's posing.
Anyways, Happy Birthday Mama~

Hmm, I miss my grandma who's living with us in Miri. I guess I'm more attached to her since she's been with me almost my whole life.
Speaking of Miri, will be back on the 17th. Same flight with Grace! We gonna menyambalkan the airport and then the plane. :D

::WARNING:: ALL WORD POST ::WARNING::

Damn WiFi in hostel is still slow. Can't post up any freaking pictures. Not to say the pictures are too nice not to be posted up, but still. How much am I paying to stay here, and I don't have f*cking cable or the uni's fast wireless LAN.

Seriously though, life has been giving me a lot of ups and downs. Why can't it be constant and boring? It's bad enough I have to shower every f*cking day with cold water. In addition to that (oh, you're gonna love this), the damn communal toilet is still effing smelly. And tell me, tell me why some esshols have to dig out their nose shit and f*cking smear it on the damn toilet walls. Do they want to leave a territorial mark, like the way a dog pees randomly on the sidewalk? It's like some kind of contortionist event when you have to slide through the door, trying to avoid the oxidized black snot on the wall. It really peeves me. Who in their right mind does that, taking no consideration on 4-year-olds. Honestly, grow up pl0x.

Hah..

Right, so what have I been up to these few days.. Hmm. I suppose spending some time with friends and getting bored to death in Malaysian Studies and Moral Studies classes. I swear, I don't know how the government thinks this makes us more patriotic or loving towards the country. If you ask me, less taxes for my parents and minimal corruption in their part, is what would make me love my country. NOT being FORCED to study about the pathetic history of Malaya and how many times it was colonized. In all sincerity, I think we have nothing to be proud of our history. If you ask me, and to my, admittedly, limited knowledge on Malaysian history, we were GIVEN our independence because the Brits (Britney Spears) were annoyed about how much we whine about the lack of freedom and whatever shit. It's not exactly inspiring. Just a futile attempt by the government to save face. Well, go fug yourselves, ministry of education.

Aside from the fact I still have to pay for my rental for this 'summer semester', it's been pretty okay. Have spent more time with friends, obviously. So, it may be a blessing in disguise, but I'm still pretty pissed with the fact I have to learn something about morals, ethics and the history of Malaysia. AGAIN.

This morning though, after class, I headed down to a music shop nearby school to survey on guitars. I'm still not sure what are the differences of an acoustic and classical guitar. Or are they the same? Whatever. The shopkeeper was a bimbo pudge lady that didn't know much about guitars, just how to sell them. Jessica asked me to ask the shopkeeper about what guitar would be good for a beginner like me. You know what she said? Of which, I immediately thought, 'she dun farking noe anything abt guitar isit?'. She replied my query with, "depends on your budget oo". Wadurfug. You stupid shit. Hopefully Jessica will let me drag along with her to the better music shop. She knows better. But now that she's with someone, I'm just a pluck away from being strummed off. :(

Talking about going out, I didn't get to go with the other hostel people to Mr. Ho's at Crowne Square today. There must be something wrong with me not to have been invited. Maybe I'm just not good company. Sob sob sob. Such a sad case am I. :(

Hmm, speaking of Mr. Ho's, I still have a few pictures from my last night's dinner in Miri this recent holiday. Once again, the WiFi shows it's ugly face to screw up my life. I can't even watch YouTube. Will post them up once I go to the new building with faster connection. *mad*

After realizing I had been plainly rejected, dejected and constipated, I decided to play some badminton with the Kuching people. Had a good sweat and now feeling a positive exhaustion. Also had my first try of basketball in a few years too! Back in primary school, I used to like playing it in my cousin's house. They had a half-court and a basketball hoop. But in school, no one wanted me in their team because I was a smidge too FAT, and was obviously not agile enough. Since then, I assumed no one would want to play basketball with me anymore, so I basically didn't care to continue playing it. Sobs. But finally, after much fatness trauma, I am able to shoot the damn orange ball into the damn iron ring! Joy to the world zomg! Feels kind of satisfying. Though, am not going to compete anytime soon. Or ever, in this lifetime. Maybe the next. I could turn out really short. Hmm.

I wonder what I'm going to do tomorrow. Maybe play DotA (zomgnerd?) with friends and then see what happens after class. Supposedly another friend wants to play tennis. Swinburne has a tennis court on the rooftop of the multi-storey carpark. I wonder why the contractors placed one there of all places. Don't know if I'll kill someone, launching a ball from so high above ground. I will update you all if my tennis ball gets featured in the newspaper.

Til I get apprehended, Til next time, quit smoking or face the fury of Mother Goose (zomglamelamelame). I'm serious. Really.

Lovingly babbled,
The Milkman

Oops.

I forgot to add a snippet on my last post.

Here's my new wallpaper. :D

Woo-hoo! Feel free to add me in MSN to get the higher quality file. I swear I won't tell everyone on my MSN contact list that you've asked it from me. Because everyone should have a nude piece of the Gisele Bundchen. :D

Pay For Food ?? Grr !! D:

You know what I can't stand?

If there's one thing everyone hates, it's definitely got to be a waiter/waitress who has a lousy memory and a face which obviously screams 'idontgiveadoggieshit'.

Here's where you can find one of these mindless asses.

I'm sure you can read the sign. If you can't, then get yourself a guide dog. To lead you off a cliff.
The restaurant is opposite SMK Chung Hua, Miri. And it's in Miri, if you didn't get the clue.

Forgive my phone camera for the blurry pictures. It doesn't like gloomy places.

Here, you can see fat ang-mohs digging-in to some crispy pork skin and fried beef, completely avoiding the kimchi and tofu. Nowonder they 'jiang fei'/'zin bui'. Call me racist, but I'm just making an obvious observation.

Nowonder the place stinks. :x

Definitely not one of my dad's best pictures. And he's posing. Eww. D:

Cousin who 'liveswithusbecauseparentsaredivorcedandfatherisagamblingidiotwhoasksmyparentsformoneywheneverhelosesandkeepstohimselfwhenhewinsfromgambling'. Uncle or not, he better pay back my parents for everything he owes them. Which is probably a few years worth of his pathetic salary. Yes, this is a rant. I hate adult men who have no dignity as to ask their sisters for money when they get into trouble brought on by themselves.

BACK TO TOPIC.

Here's what we were served after placing our order with the pissy-faced waitress. Clockwise from top left; onions and green chillies seasoned with sesame oil and garlic, seafood pancake slices, sweet fried sprats(ikan bilis), pickled cucumbers with chillies and garlic. Not exactly what I think to be 'Korean' food, but whatever. Tis' Malaysia anyway.

This is kimchi. Sorry it looks like puke. It tasted like puke. Lazy to explain what kimchi is but this place made kimchi the wrong way. It's supposed to be cabbage fermented with red pepper paste. I'm saying this restaurant did it all wrong because the cabbage tasted awfully(pesticide tasting) fresh and soaked in mashed chilli, water and salt. Yucks.

...ugh...

Some spring rolls for appetizers. Twas crappy too. And for the love of goat, did Korea have Maggi tomato ketchup? Talk about traditional food. Not only was it a small dish, it costed RM18, me thinks.

Beef bulgogi. Stir-fried beef marinated with bean paste, SUPPOSEDLY. But the stupid cooks decided to save money on hotplates and cooked it in the kitchen. There isn't supposed to be any liquid at all on the damn dish. Set us back RM30.

A plate of chopped spring onions tossed with salt, chilli powder and vinegar. Supposed to be eaten together with the spring rolls and beef, but it came much later, around when we FINISHED the spring rolls and half of the beef. This was RM6.

Sorry, this was the only thing worth eating. This is bibimbap, basically claypot rice mixed with spicy bean paste, beansprouts, carrot, spinach, and a bunch of ojipala things, topped with a raw egg, to be violently stirred before the rice on the bottom burns to an inedible black layer. Ordered 2, at RM20 each.

Before any of our food came however, my mom asked the waitress to bring some soy sauce and some extra spicy bean paste. Dish after dish, the same waitress serving us, each time forgetting to bring the sauces. Each time, we reminded her, and she just looked at us, giving no confirming nod or smile, or an 'ok'. After the last dish, the 2nd bibimbap, arrived, around when everything else was finished, THEN she brought the sauces and half-slammed it on the table, spilling a little of the soy sauce. She didn't even look at us apologetically. What the f*ck is wrong with her? Her good-for-nothing boyfriend just lost his job as deliveryman for PizzaHut isit? Kanasai.

Bill? For the sucky-f*cky service and crap food?

Kanasaigotohellpls.

Here's what I think of the 'New Seoul Korean Restaurant'.

I rather die play dead in public, than go to your sucky-f*cky restaurant again.

But I still love Korean PEOPLE.

Aaaaaaaahhh~~~~ *faint*

Beautiful Women

Wow.

Never imagined that I would title a post with that.

So, went for dinner at Kok Chee restaurant tonight. It's a very popular Chinese restaurant that has been around for quite some time. I think around when our parents were teens. Now THAT, would be quite some time ago. Anyway, my mom is good friends with the tauke-nio, whom gave us a discount on our dinner. She caught us having dinner there without telling her, as my mom did not want her to give us a free dinner. So my dad managed to ask for the bill before she could tell the waitress to drop it for us. When the waitress arrived with the bill, in the tauke-nio's own handwriting, it just had the letters and numbers 'RM 50'. And I am damn sure, what we ate was more than double that. She one-upped my parents! I hope I will have friends like her when my friends and I are all grown up. Friends who are light-hearted and generous, without objective.

I notice how wordy my blog has become. Even so, I really don't know what to post about. I'm not feeling anyshit from anywhore right now, so I am lacking in rant power. :(

I also hope the new song I added on the page doesnt startle, frighten or annoy anyone. But if you do hate it, all I can say to you is, 'eff yoo', 'cos I love the song.

Okay, so maybe this post isn't really about beautiful women underdressed, but I'll make up for it later in the post.

But first, take a look at this video of Tina Fey, impersonating Sarah Palin. Don't know who either woman is? Well, you don't really need to know. Just watch the video. I promise a verbal 'LOL' out of you. :D

Hehe. Here's another one if you're really updated with the news.

The inside jokes in this one are so damn funny if you get what they mean.
(Update: I actually typed out a whole paragraph of what the 'and I can see Russia from my house' line meant to make fun of, but I read it back and thought that if you all read it, you'd all go =.=")

Alrighty, now to show you some pictures of Gisele Bundchen
naked !!

Wow !! So hot !!

Wah !! Panasnya !!

Ai si ah !! Juak si ah !!

(I wonder if you noticed she was modeling sandals?..)

Wah lan, what happened to me. I'm so lame now. :(

Anyway, I still love these pictures. And not because she's nude, sick pervert, but because the photomanipulation is just so clean and amazingly flawless. Well, the fact that Gisele is damn effing hot doesn't hurt either. :3~

Gonna put all 3 together and make myself a nose-bleed-inducing wallpaper. :)

Was That A Rat?..

So ya, soya bean. AHAHAHA.

Ok lame.

Anyway, as you would know, am back in Miri.

Tonight I was out with Dad and Cousin Thing for dinner. Before that though, Mom came back from her own dinner with her friends and had forgotten to take the house key for herself. Thus, having herself locked outside the house and calling to inform me of her situation, we rushed home from Boulevard. Was there for just a while to find a 'Starcraft: Brood War' CD so my friends and I would be able to play in uni during Malaysian and Moral Studies classes. Apparently, shop owners don't find it interesting enough to be sold anymore. I am angered by this. Grr. :(

After saving my Mom from relentless mosquitoes, we headed back to town to the open air market. In the morning, I assume it's bustling with seedy butchers, smelly fishmongers and frugal housewives. This I am not completely sure, as you will never find me near this stink arena of discount negotiations and refusals. At night though, all of the merchants are back home defuming themselves and the food stalls open up. There's not really much of a variety of food and the crowd may sometimes repulse you. Occasionally, you may see a giant rat scuffling past you if you're lucky. Most times they would fall from the ceiling and land on your head.

I know I've posted about this place before, but the reason I go there for isn't for the sights, sounds and smells of the gross, but for the kolok mee, porridge and steamed chicken. I'm not exactly sure who they are or were, but apparently, many of the adult Mirians know about the ones who run this particularly popular stall. I only know one of them is the ex-vice-principal of SMK Chung Hua. And that he wears green school shorts almost every night. The kind primary school boys wear. Anyone into that? *shiver*

But ya, here's what I had.

Some chilli sauce to give your noodles some heat, soy sauce to add flavour to your porridge, white pepper on anything to get that extra syokness, and toothpicks to dig out every leftover piece of yummyness to savour as dessert.

Don't order anything like Milo Peng, Kopi O Peng, Teh C Peng. Odds are, they use tap water. Leftover from yesterday. Instead, order canned drinks and clean the top before sipping from or pouring out of it. I remember one email I received from a friend not long ago, supposedly a true story. A woman died on her boat. The C.o.D was poisoning. From her Cola can. She did not wipe the top of the can. What did the Cola can have? Dried rat piss.

Let me introduce my friends.

This is Koro Mi. Malays hate her. She was just never accepted among them. Sad case really.

This is Paul Ridge. He's very bland and boring. People always abuse him. They pour things. Salty things.

This is Chicken. It is an animal. Now it is a dead animal. I am friends with Chicken because it is tasty.

Mmm..

Forgive my lameness. It's kind of late and I can't really write properly. Everything is in a blur. Would like to bring someone here one day for a late night supper..

But ya, dinner was nice. Maybe because I drenched everything in soy sauce. Oh well. Bland is bland.

Hmm. I still have 1 more Twister in the kitchen. Do you hear it? Me thinks it calls for me.

Mmm..
